This Privacy Policy describes how VHS Driver Hub ("the App") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. The App is operated by VHS Trucking Inc ("we", "us", or "our").

VHS Driver Hub is intended for use by drivers working with the company and is not a public consumer application.

This information is provided by the administration or edited by the user within their profile.

1.2 Account Authentication Data

• Email address used for login
• One-time password (OTP) for authentication

Accounts cannot be created by users directly. All accounts are created and managed by administration.

1.3 Location Data

• Location data may be processed through Google Maps to provide map-related functionality
• We do not track location in the background unless explicitly required for app functionality
